Article 1.
1.1 Advertising content is subject to Dubtrip Events’ approval. Dubtrip Events reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation, or position commitment at any time and for any reason.
1.2 Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of Dubtrip Events.
1.3 Dubtrip Events reserves the right to convert print advertisements into digital products, to include them in electronic databases and other versions of the publication, and to make them available through the Internet or through other sources.

Article 2.
The Advertiser and/or its agency assumes liability for all content published by Dubtrip Events. The Advertiser and/or its agency grants Dubtrip Events the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, and distribute all creative materials supplied by or on behalf of the Advertiser, including, without limitation, all text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and photographs (the “Creative”). Advertiser and/or its agency represents and warrants that: (i) it has all the necessary rights in the Creative; (ii) the Creative does not violate any applicable law or regulation; and (iii) the Creative does not violate or infringe upon any third-party right in any manner or contain any material or information that is defamatory, libelous, slanderous; that violates any person’s right of publicity, privacy or personality; or that may otherwise result in any tort, injury, damage, or harm to any person. The Advertiser and/or its agency acknowledges that Dubtrip Events is relying on the foregoing representations and warranties.

Article 3.
1.1 Creative material not received by the closing deadline will not be used and placed as agreed, since this will not be possible anymore after the deadline date. Dubtrip Events will not be responsible for this and the advertiser or its agency will still be charged for 80% of the total amount (incl. 21% VAT) indicated on the invoice.
1.2 Cancellations or changes in orders must be received in writing maximum 2 (two) weeks before the deadline date.

Article 4.
1.1 For online and e-mail-newsletter advertising, Dubtrip Events shall not be liable to the Advertiser and/or its agency for any technical malfunction, computer error or loss of data, or other injury, damage, or disruption to advertisements or Web sites, that is beyond the control of Dubtrip Events. Dubtrip Events has no obligation to detect the presence of any computer virus, Trojan horse, time bomb, worm, or other technology or software causing damage to end users’ computers in any item received from Advertiser and/or its agency.
1.2 Dubtrip Events’ sole liability for any error for which it might be responsible will not exceed the cost of the advertisement. Claims for errors must be made in writing within 5 working days of the issue date or the date the advertisement first appeared online.

Article 5.
1.1 Every invoice needs to be paid at least 14 days after receiving the invoice, as indicated on every invoice. If advertiser or its agency fails to meet the payment period, the invoice will be transferred to a collector’s agency, which means the amount on the invoice will be increased with the collector’s costs.
1.2 It could be possible that Dubtrip Events is not allowed to live stream or upload a set because of the management of that artist. Third parties are aware of this fact and cannot lead to any change or refund of the quote or invoice.

Article 6.
1.1 Both parties will be entitled to send any notices or other information we are required to give to the other by email, fax or post to the addresses and/or numbers.
1.2 The contractor is prohibited in any manner whatsoever to hold or copy software, documents, correspondence or copies thereof which he has acquired in connection with his assignments with the principal, except in so far as and as long as this is required for the performance of its assignments to the client. In any case, the contractor is obliged, even without any request for this, to submit the above-mentioned software, documents, correspondence or copies thereof at the end of the assignment, or when non-active for any reason, immediately back to the client.

Article 7.
1.1 If third parties do not comply with its obligations as reflected in the preceding paragraphs of the articles written above and/or cannot guarantee them, third parties will forfeit to the Dubtrip Events company an immediate penalty depending on the degree of violation, without prejudice to the Dubtrip Event company’s additional right to demand compliance from the visitor and/or compensation of loss suffered or to be suffered.
1.2 These Terms of Business shall be governed by Dutch Law.
